"Red Tail Hawk"


Finally after lots of interruptions - finished! These birds are so beautiful. I see them fly overhead in our front yard. They like to play on the wind from the bluff. I'm jealous!

    A lovely painting, Ann. It almost feels as though the bird is just about to leave the branch and return to the sky.

    Thanks Diane. I love painting birds - especially the larger ones. They remind me of the freedom I felt while flying my sailplane.
