Another of my recent attempts with pastels for portraits. I'm finding that I really enjoy working with skin tones though trying to find just the right shade of pastel can be daunting. The stick visual color is not necessarily what you expect when you apply it to paper next to other colors. There is a lot of trial and error. Now I want to see what I can do with oils.
