Scene from a recent trip to the "Forgotten Coast" of Florida. This oyster boat in Eastpoint, FL was one of many that dotted the coastline. Fishermen from Eastpoint harvest 10% of the U. S. oysters each year. We certainly sampled our share while visiting there. I love all the local restaurants and the absence of high rises and chains.
